All county employees are welcome to attend CLC at the member rate. All state/city/federal government employees may attend at a special rate. All other attendees or private companies may attend at the non-member rate.

A small number of conference sessions may be recorded and provided for viewing at a future date.

No, all conference sessions will be provided in-person only. Certain meetings hosted at CLC may be held virtually. We highly recommend in-person attendance for the most value.

30 days before the first day of the conference, you may cancel with a full refund minus $30 administration fee. 15 days before the conference, you may cancel with a 50% refund. Transfers are always accepted, though we recommend informing us as soon as possible to avoid any issues upon check-in. Cancellations and transfers must be emailed to info@wsac.org to be considered valid.

Exhibit tables and attendee costs will be eligible for a full refund until August 3rd. A 50% refund is available from August 4th until September 30th. No refunds will be issued after September 30th.

All conference sponsorships are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

All cancellations must be sent via email to Jessica Roth: jroth@wsac.org.

Additionally, companies may not share an exhibit space without prior permission from WSAC staff. The registered company sharing exhibitor space with another company without prior approval will be invoiced for two tables and the cost for all attendees.
